What to Expect at Sunday Worship

Episcopal worship is rooted in a historic pattern of prayer, Scripture, music, preaching, and Holy Communion. Christians around the world have followed this rhythm for generations, and it continues to speak to life today.

Each Sunday service includes readings from the Bible, prayers for the church and the world, a sermon that connects faith to everyday life, and the celebration of Communion.

Our worship is reverent, welcoming, and grounded in the belief that God meets people exactly where they are.

Music at Resurrection

Music is an important part of worship at Resurrection. Congregational hymns, choir offerings, and music led by organ and piano help shape our 10:00 AM service and invite the whole church into prayer.

Some Sundays feel joyful and triumphant. Others are quiet and reflective. In every season, music helps tell the story of faith and draw us closer to God.

Sermons That Connect Faith and Life

Sermons in the Episcopal Church are centered in Scripture and shaped by the weekly Bible readings. They are thoughtful, practical, and rooted in grace.

At Resurrection, preaching seeks to speak honestly to real life, offering hope, wisdom, and encouragement for the week ahead.
