WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT US
You can expect that our members will be glad to have you
present and will strive to ensure your comfort. You can expect to find a congregation of
worshippers who are growing together in their understanding of their faith and of God's
presence in their lives, and who express that understanding in their relationships one
with another. A diversity of backgrounds and lifestyles is represented in the
congregation, and all who come are welcome.
You will find a rich liturgy and an invitation for all Christians to share in Holy
Communion. If you are not familiar with the Episcopal tradition, explore the resources
available through the "Links" and "The Episcopal Church" buttons below
to learn more about the Episcopal Church and its heritage. Members of the Welcoming
Committee can be found near the front door on Sundays, and they or any member of the
congregation will be happy to address any questions you have.
In order to assist those who are not familiar with Episcopal
liturgies, at the 10 am service we use a printed order of worship (or
"bulletin") that provides the responses and instructions from the Book of Common
Prayer. We hope that this use of a single "bulletin" for the service will allow
all present to participate fully and benefit from their worship.
