Parish life

Parish Life builds and enhances the relationships we have with each other. There are many visible signs of Parish Life at Resurrection.

  • Adult Forum and Coffee Hour after church each Sunday bring us together for fellowship, good conversation, and lively discussions.
  • Shrove Sunday Pancake Fellowship – Who doesn’t love a reason to eat pancakes, sausage, and baked apples along with being entertained? After having been snowed out several years in a row on "Fat Tuesday," we moved this event to the last Sunday in Epiphany and made it a new tradition at Resurrection.
  • Parish Work Days – Time to join together to beautify the church and grounds in God’s honor.
  • Annual Church Retreat — The Resurrection family descends on Shrine Mont the first weekend in June. It is a wonderful opportunity to be with family and friends, to eat delicious meals, to enjoy nature, and to reflect on God's bounty in our lives. We have been going to Shrine Mont for over 40 years.
  • Communications, such as The Spire, the church web site, and the weekly e-Notes e-mail message help to keep everyone connected and "in the know."
